Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and goods to customers within San Antonio metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency using provided GPS technology
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments using company equipment
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of San Antonio roadways and neighborhoods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
