Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles (Box trucks/Vans) to transport freight throughout Glendale and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload cargo using hand trucks, dollies, and pallet jacks efficiently.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures upon completion of each route.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, and daily vehicle condition reports.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle interior and exterior.
- Interact professionally with customers and resolve any delivery issues with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Current DOT medical card and a clean driving record (MVR).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong knowledge of local Glendale, AZ roads and geography.
- Basic proficiency with handheld electronic devices and GPS navigation.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
