Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) to transport goods across Texas
- Maintain accurate trip logs and comply with FMCSA regulations
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning and delivery timelines
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment handling protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Adhere to all safety standards and defensive driving practices
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Houston metro routes and Texas highways
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor roadside repairs
- Strong communication and time-management skills
