Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles within Minneapolis metro area, ensuring punctual and accurate package deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions, including loading/unloading assistance
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation using our mobile tracking system
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and fuel conservation
- Communicate proactively with dispatch team regarding delivery status and potential delays
- Represent company brand through professional appearance and courteous interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class D driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis metro area and navigation apps
- Physical capability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
