Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods throughout Reno and surrounding areas
- Efficiently plan and optimize delivery routes to meet tight deadlines
- Verify delivery accuracy and maintain detailed delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 minor violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Local Reno/Northern Nevada knowledge preferred
