Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms tailored for the 2026 Initiative infrastructure.
- Lead a cross-functional team of researchers and software engineers in the development of hybrid quantum-classical systems.
- Oversee the architectural roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and performance standards are met.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical quantum mechanics and practical, deployable software solutions.
- Optimize existing systems to handle high-frequency data processing in real-time environments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in quantum computing to integrate cutting-edge advancements into our stack.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI systems.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex engineering projects.
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages such as Qiskit, Cirq, or QuTiP.
- Strong understanding of classical machine learning models and their integration with quantum hardware.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
