Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design the high-level architecture for hybrid quantum-classical AI systems, anticipating the hardware capabilities of the Year 2026.
- Model Optimization: Develop and implement quantum algorithms that solve complex machine learning problems with exponentially higher efficiency than classical approaches.
- System Integration: Lead the integration of quantum processors with classical cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless scalability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite AI engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Leadership: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends in quantum supremacy and neuromorphic computing.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on quantum computing or advanced high-performance computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Rust, with deep knowledge of frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Quantum Proficiency: Experience with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq, Pennylane) and a strong understanding of quantum mechanics fundamentals.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex systems from concept to production.
