Responsibilities
- Architect and design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms tailored for enterprise-scale AI applications.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Qiskit and PyTorch quantum modules into production pipelines.
- Oversee the security and scalability of quantum data encryption protocols.
- Mentor a team of junior quantum engineers and AI researchers.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization of quantum circuit layers.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics or Machine Learning.
- 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years in Quantum Computing or advanced AI systems.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust with specific experience in quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and neural network optimization.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth tech environment.
