Responsibilities

- Lead the research and deployment of Agentic AI workflows to automate complex enterprise processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into advanced technical roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for model fine-tuning, evaluation, and MLOps to ensure production-grade reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including multimodal learning and neural-symbolic integration.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with hands-on production experience deploying models.
- Proven track record of designing complex architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
