Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Lead scenario planning workshops to model future market conditions and organizational readiness for 2026+ horizons
- Collaborate with R&D to translate future-vision concepts into prototype development roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven future-state projections
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts for trend validation
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on 2026 innovation ecosystems
- Oversee cross-functional implementation of future-strategy initiatives across product, marketing, and operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercialized products or services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership or patents in future technology domains
- Experience building and leading cross-disciplinary innovation teams in tech-forward organizations
