Responsibilities

- Produce executive briefings on emerging tech disruptors (quantum, neuromorphic computing, AGI)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-era solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic labs and government research initiatives
- Author thought leadership content for industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Horizon Scanning methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning at Fortune 500 or VC-backed startups
- Published research in IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent tier publications
- Proficiency in futures analysis tools (STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused innovations
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders
