Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Vision, aligning technological trends with business strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and global think tanks
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal innovation challenges and hackathons
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Author thought leadership publications and industry forecasts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products or services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing innovation teams
- Published author or speaker at global innovation forums
