Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 platform, aligning engineering output with long-term strategic vision.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in building scalable, high-availability distributed systems.
- Architect robust solutions for complex, ambiguous problems, ensuring code quality and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical specifications.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Spatial Computing) within the engineering department.
- Conduct technical reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Identify potential technical risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Rust) and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP).
- Demonstrated experience designing large-scale distributed systems and microservices.
- Deep understanding of machine learning pipelines and AI integration.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
