Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy, aligning AI, blockchain, and biotech innovations with market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) and industry leaders
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board, securing $50M+ annual innovation budget
- Drive patent development for at least 5 breakthrough technologies by 2026
- Mentor junior futurists and establish thought leadership through keynotes and white papers
- Monitor emerging tech disruptions and recommend pivots using predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven impact on product roadships spanning 2020-2025
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Expertise in AI/ML deployment at scale, quantum computing fundamentals, and ethical frameworks
- Track record of launching 3+ successful products with $100M+ market impact
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience securing government grants and corporate partnerships for R&D
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 tech predictions with 85%+ accuracy
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
