Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists in developing advanced neural network architectures.
- Oversee the integration of legacy systems with next-gen cognitive platforms.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and risk assessments to safeguard proprietary algorithms.
- Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for AI safety and ethics.
- Present technical roadmaps and progress updates to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading architectural roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems in high-pressure environments.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
