Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable systems for the '2026 Initiative' core platform.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and architectural patterns.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance optimization.
- Identify potential risks in the development lifecycle and mitigate them proactively.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and technical leadership.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, distributed systems projects.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
