Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures focusing on Neuromorphic Computing and Edge AI for real-time processing.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) with enhanced reasoning capabilities and multimodal integration.
- Define the ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents operating in 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Quantum-Ready algorithms into existing cloud infrastructure.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring emerging trends in synthetic data, holographic computing, and human-AI symbiosis.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and emerging frameworks specific to the 2026 tech stack.
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, and emerging AI regulations).
