Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of operating in edge environments and cloud infrastructures.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation robotics control algorithms, including reinforcement learning and inverse kinematics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, hardware engineers, and product managers to define technical roadmaps for 2026 release.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed models.
- Oversee code reviews, technical mentorship, and architectural governance for the engineering team.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in quantum computing and neuromorphic engineering to integrate relevant advancements into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Deep experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and robotics middleware (ROS 2, ROS).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering teams and delivering complex systems on time.
- Strong understanding of ethics in AI and data privacy standards.
