Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure tailored for 2026 market demands.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary machine learning models and neural networks.
- Define technical roadmaps and standards for AI integration across all product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical compliance in all AI deployments.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native AI solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
