Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of synthetic data.
- Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning frameworks tailored for autonomous decision-making.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, model interpretability, and AI ethics across all engineering squads.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into deployable, production-grade software solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies, including quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role within AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, deep learning algorithms, and natural language processing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
