Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy high-performance Generative AI models and LLMs.
- Lead the technical strategy for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior ML engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define AI product roadmaps.
- Optimize model latency and resource consumption for production environments.
- Stay ahead of the curve with research on emerging AI technologies (e.g., Multimodal AI, Agentic Workflows).
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML systems at scale.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
