Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end AI solutions, focusing on scalability and long-term viability for the 2026 timeframe.
- Lead the technical strategy for core machine learning models, including NLP and computer vision systems.
- Oversee the deployment of microservices and containerized environments using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all AI pipelines and infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in senior AI/ML architecture roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern large language model (LLM) architectures.
- Proven experience designing systems for high availability and low latency in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Strong background in data engineering, MLOps, and real-time processing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative, forward-thinking solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
