Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 2026 implementation targets
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio of future-tech incubation projects with $5M+ budgets
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on technological evolution and its societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching transformative tech products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning and long-term technology forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management skills across global organizations
- Published thought leadership or patents in future-tech domains
