Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure designed for 2026 workloads.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for our proprietary AI platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead a team of 10+ senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Security, and Engineering to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with global regulations, setting the standard for responsible AI development.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing) and prototype solutions for future adoption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong background in distributed systems, high-availability architecture, and system design.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects from conception to production deployment.
