Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant neural network architectures capable of processing real-time data streams.
- Lead the research and implementation of quantum-inspired algorithms to enhance model efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor junior developers and establish coding standards for AI model deployment.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Large Language Models, generative adversarial networks) to integrate them into our core stack.
- Oversee the end-to-life cycle of AI models, ensuring ethical usage, bias mitigation, and compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a lead or architect role within AI/ML.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and complexity theory.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
