Responsibilities

- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in developing next-gen neural networks.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex 2026 strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical use of AI data across all platforms.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the technical challenges and opportunities associated with the year 2026 (e.g., AGI, Quantum AI integration).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
