Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable deep learning models for natural language processing and computer vision.
- Lead a team of senior researchers and engineers in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate theoretical research into deployable, high-performance software.
- Optimize inference latency and model accuracy for edge devices and cloud environments.
- Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for MLOps and data governance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, or a related technical discipline.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or shipping high-impact products.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
