Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the 2026 AI roadmap.
- Lead a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant distributed AI systems for enterprise deployment.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, fairness, and transparency.
- Prototype novel algorithms and models to solve complex, unsolved problems.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical, production-ready engineering.
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through the full SDLC.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
