Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the company’s long-term vision and 2026 goals.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of AI product development, from concept to deployment.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, ensuring transparency and fairness in algorithmic decision-making.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify high-value AI use cases for core business operations.
- Monitor global tech trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven experience in scaling AI infrastructure from prototype to production.
- Strong track record of fostering a collaborative and inclusive engineering culture.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills.
