Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure AI/ML systems infrastructure for 2026 and beyond.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of advanced generative models, ensuring high accuracy and ethical AI practices.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment, scaling, and optimization of models in production environments (MLOps).
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI strategies with long-term business goals.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns for the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Infrastructure: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
