- Define and manage the comprehensive Technology Roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.

- Mentor and develop a high-performance engineering team focused on long-term scalability.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical product management.
- Demonstrated success in leading digital transformations or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems.
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in high-growth environments or startups.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
