Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into core product lines.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging tech trends and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging technology adoption.
- Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Oversee the budget and resource allocation for long-term strategic projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of managing long-term product lifecycles (5+ years).
- Deep expertise in AI, Blockchain, or Quantum Computing concepts.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical jargon into actionable business strategies.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience working in high-growth startup environments is a plus.
