Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the end-to-end development of the 2026 Project's core AI infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, data scientists, and UX specialists
- Drive innovation in predictive analytics and autonomous systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with industry leaders and academic institutions
- Present project milestones and breakthroughs to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor talent and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in AI/ML system architecture
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects ahead of schedule
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience with quantum computing integration is a significant plus
- Exceptional strategic thinking and executive communication skills
