Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, blood products, and critical supplies between hospitals, labs, and clinics
- Maintain strict temperature control for sensitive materials using specialized equipment
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and real-time GPS tracking updates
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols for patient data confidentiality
- Perform vehicle safety checks and maintenance coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals
- Respond to urgent delivery requests with urgency and professionalism
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation and basic technology
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
