Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial clients in a safe and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked delivery vehicle.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving any issues.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and complete necessary paperwork accurately.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring proper handling of fragile items.
- Utilize handheld devices for navigation and digital proof of delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class B or CDL preferred, but Class A/C with good standing accepted).
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to navigate efficiently in urban environments.
- Proficiency with smartphone apps and GPS navigation tools.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
