Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses across Seattle
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to meet delivery deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments in a warehouse setting
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for handling cash tips and receipts
