Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailers safely on dedicated regional routes within the Dallas metroplex
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records via ELD systems
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip and report maintenance needs promptly
- Coordinate with dispatch team to optimize delivery schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Ensure secure handling of specialized freight as per client requirements
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with at least 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with ELD systems and route navigation technology
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Flexibility for overnight regional travel (home weekly)
- DOT-compliant medical certificate
