Responsibilities
- Operate box truck for local/regional freight deliveries within Cincinnati metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each shipment
- Ensure timely pickups and deliveries while adhering to DOT regulations
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Communicate delivery status via real-time tracking system
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Represent SwiftLogistics with professional conduct and customer service excellence
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- Clean MVR with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years
- Reliable box truck (26' or larger) in good mechanical condition
- Proof of commercial auto insurance ($1M liability minimum)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone with GPS and data connectivity
- Pass background check and drug screening
