Job Overview
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and courteous delivery of packages to residential and commercial clients. You will act as the face of our brand, ensuring every customer receives excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and unload merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Follow planned delivery routes and adhere to strict time schedules.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and perform basic pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
- Complete all required delivery documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or safety hazards immediately to management.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and ability to navigate new areas using GPS technology.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Must have reliable personal transportation.
