Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods within Santa Ana and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency using GPS navigation tools
- Handle package handling with care and report any discrepancies immediately
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 points in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime during peak seasons
- Basic math skills for package verification
