Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deliver high-value packages, equipment, and perishable goods to Omaha metro locations
- Optimize daily delivery routes using GPS navigation and real-time traffic data
- Maintain detailed delivery logs, inventory records, and customer documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service through professional communication and on-time deliveries
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and DOT regulations at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions and customer inquiries
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years professional delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly and operate manual/automated loading equipment
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic delivery management software
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet tight delivery windows
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
