Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local and regional freight delivery
- Manage loading/unloading operations with efficiency and care
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Optimize routes to ensure on-time performance
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance
- Build strong client relationships through professional service
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Proof of commercial insurance ( liability/cargo)
- Reliable box truck (2008 or newer, 24-26ft)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs
- Drug-free and willing to pass background check
