Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain a 26ft box truck for local and regional deliveries
- Manage efficient route planning and on-time delivery of high-value freight
- Coordinate with clients and dispatch for seamless load coordination
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Strong knowledge of Southern California logistics
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Reliable personal box truck (26ft or larger)
- Proof of commercial insurance (minimum $1M liability)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with business ownership experience preferred
