Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records using handheld scanning technology
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and time management
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B) with clean record
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Tampa area
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
