Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance factual accuracy.
- Develop and fine-tune domain-specific models for proprietary datasets.
- Ensure AI safety, fairness, and robustness in all generated outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Publish research findings and contribute to open-source AI communities.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Generative AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and diffusion models.
- Experience with distributed training and model serving (e.g., Kubernetes, TorchServe).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Clear communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
