Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Cognitive Science, or related field with 3+ years AI ethics experience
- Deep expertise in quantum computing principles and their ethical implications
- Proficiency in Python and ethical AI toolkits (e.g., IBM's AI Fairness 360)
- Published research on AI ethics in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with cross-functional tech ethics implementation
- Strong background in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
