As a key member of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley pioneers, and government agencies to develop roadmaps for transformative technologies. Your work will directly influence product development, investment strategies, and policy recommendations that will define the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and forecast market impacts through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future-vision implementation
- Author white papers and policy briefs for Fortune 500 clients and government bodies
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential acquisition partnerships
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight or technology journals
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to C-suite audiences
