Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market disruptions and geopolitical shifts
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for quantum computing, AGI, and synthetic biology convergence
- Advise C-suite on emerging tech investments and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academic institutions, and industry think tanks
- Translate complex technological concepts into compelling narratives for stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints with multidisciplinary teams (engineers, designers, ethicists)
- Monitor and analyze technological disruption vectors across 15+ industries
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or Strategic Innovation
- 10+ years in technology strategy consulting or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Published author or keynote speaker at top-tier tech conferences (e.g., Davos, TED, Web Summit)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing strategies generating $100M+ revenue impact
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Experience leading cross-border teams across 3+ continents and 5+ time zones
