Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ by analyzing emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present futuristic vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Drive innovation workshops to cultivate breakthrough thinking across departments
- Author thought leadership publications on technological evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience building and scaling technology roadmaps
- Strong communication skills for executive presentations
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
