- Produce executive-level future-state reports with actionable recommendations for market positioning
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation accelerators
- Design and facilitate immersive future-forecasting workshops for stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological signals to identify disruption opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with demonstrated impact on organizational transformation
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, advanced robotics, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in foresight methodologies or technology trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Experience leading high-stakes global initiatives with $50M+ budgets
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS preferred)
